Just because you're outside doesn't mean you have to give up anything in terms of promotional and celebratory possibilities. Most outdoor events are loaded with graphics of one type or another, such as banners, tents, and customized fencing. We have a lot of experience in this area and can help you maximize the revenue-generating potential of your event. Below are some typical uses of our products in an outdoor context.

Lightpole Banners
You can fill the streets with your event name using lightpole banners, hammering home your presence repeatedly. Or, use them as directional signage to help manage the crowds. Pop up Tents
Pop up tents can serve multiple functions at an event - they can showcase your organization's identity as well as act as a center of attention for information, giveaways, etc. Tent tops are usually printed on our arizona printer. Back and side panels can be printed using most of the rest of our graphics processes.

A-Frame Bannerstand
The a-frame bannerstand features optional spikes on the legs, which keep it sturdy and secure to the ground even in windy areas. This makes it great as mobile outdoor signage, either for directional or promotional uses. Banners for it can be produced using most of our graphics processes.

Signage
Banners work well as signage at outdoor events because they're lightweight and either fold or roll into a compact package for storage and transport. Often there are fairly specific installation requirements which in turn affect finishing needs; we of course work closely with you to ensure that your banners will go up flawlessly. Imagery can be produced using most of our graphics processes.

Printed Fencing
Often you'll need to put up fencing anyways to create space for contests, athletic competitions, or just for plain crowd control. So why not use it as a revenue-generating tool by printing sponsor's logos on it? Custom printed fencing such as this is generally screen printed.

Sponsor Banners
If you don't have any fencing going up, there are probably other locations appropriate for sponsorship opportunities. A little creative thinking can go a long way in this regard - feel free to use our sales staff as a resource to help generate ideas.
